Well thru the years I have had several BK1's(5 or 6) and had to sale for one reason or another well a friend briefly mentioned he had one NIB back in 11/09 while camping... I finally talked him out of it via a trade that was perfect for both parties....now I need some Green Micarta scales :D

That's a beaut of a Brute, Tony. If you see your monitor screen turning green, don't panic: it's only the green envy leaking through from here.

I have used and abused many BK1's thru the years and this one will be no different .
I can't wait to add the Green canvas micarta to the BK1
 
I'll post several... it may be a while ,I dont have $40 to throw at the scales right now..I need a 40" LCD HD TV in BR LOL

BK1 was a poor seller I think I remember right ? :D
hard to believe... everyone wants one but sales did not translate I think ?
 
I have a Brute with the canvas handles you mention. Stripped blade. One of my favorite blades.
 
Hey Tony - pull the scales off the knife, scan/trace (include bolt hole locations) and email me the pic -- I'm going to be trying my hand at denim micarta soon and could rough you out a set of those if you like. make it truly yours...
