HElo guys! I just got my BK 1! WEll, very excited to use it and see it in action in the forest! Any ideA HOW CAN i IMPROVE THE handle and any other things on the blade? I intend to attach a paracord to it but am not sure how to tie one on. Any help to spice up my blade?

i put ash wood handles on my bk7, they are a little slimmer and less slick. i would leave the paracord in the sheath, except if you were to use it for lanyard capabilities. i use the hangmans noose knot on my bk7. my 2 cents.

acwire_2125 , I made up two of these for the woods. this extra one wasn't needed. you'll love how the Brute handles , great knife ! good luck with it  check the ebay link below

Becker , BK&T Survival ,Tactical Knife Set Ebay Item number: 200004028477

I also remembered there a past post here about some guys had changed the black grips with the light green ones from the BK 77 extreme , I think the grips ran about $30.00 or so. maybe helpful for you.

I saw some of the pics in the ebay and noticed athat you have added a fire starter and another knife to it, you ahve also added a leg extension from Blackhawk.

Any other things to add more spice to it? I thought of buying those racquet grip and tye around the handle.

acwire_2125 , sorry I didn't get right back to follow the post. I never got a chance to use those racquet grips yet. Although I came close to incorporating a small pocket pouch for a compass but it did not sit in the right fashion.
Got to love that Brute !.........its an excellent knife for the price.

Yesterday I received my micarta replacement grips for the Bk-7/Bk-9 and I think it will also fit the Brute. My Brute is set up in a piggyback rig so I did not even try to change the grips. The grips fit my BK-7 PERFECTLY. No extra drilling or fileing or sanding....they come with a diamond pattern checkering on both sides.

Ciao
