:grumpy: after purchasing my first Becker knife. I have had to create a new budget.. :( I instantly fell in love with the Becker line and won't even to be able to get my first bk2 for a very Long time. I hate school haha paying for backers is more important! .... I wish

Do you have plasma in your body? I hear that's worth something. :)

Saving 3 dollars a day, you can afford a new BK2 in less than a month.

Knife budget? Ya, I remember that.
It seems so long ago but it's actually been less than a year. I got my first Becker last January. Since then I've been averaging about one per month or more. On the other hand , I don't drink, only smoke a pack a week & never waste money chasing women. So that means I get to indulge my Becker addiction a little more than I otherwise would. :D

If I were you, I give up girls, booze & any other habits that take away from Becker cash. Either that or go the plasma route.

I save all my bottles and cans and every few months cash them in, it's not much but it can be half of a new knife depending on how much soda/beer/etc you drink.

I throw all my loose change in a jar every day and when it gets full I let my kids take it in to coin star or the bank to cash it in, it's not a very large jar but they usually get anywhere from $40-$60 depending on how much silver I throw in. Sometimes if the jar is not full i will find the little suckers ripping the couch apart and turning my jeep upside down looking for change! Lol but hay every bit helps!

Haha sadly if I was to save any money it would have to go towards my tuition... As it is I probably won't afford it

I am close to retirement & i still gotta scrimp to have money for my blade addiction. I save the most money by keeping my 2008 Power Wagon parked as much as possible. Do the math, 8-10 mpg, 34 gal tank, still close to $4 gal here. I ride my motorcycle as much as possible in summer & take the kids cars to work every time i can, when they are not working. You do what you gotta do.

That's some good thinking though! I gotta find some way to wiggle more money out of my daily life... It sucks having being already on a tight budget prior to school payments

Haha I also have a change jar but my kid(soon to be kids) isn't(aren't) old enough yet to ask for money. Fearing that day though
