With a few additions:

Added cubed beef stew meat sautéed in Embasa chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, pan roasted Anaheim peppers, and Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes.

Taking this to a chili cook off later today.... :)

Looks pretty good. I was never much into chili (probably because I never had any good chili) until I moved to Colorado and discovered green chili. Never heard of a slopper until I moved here but dang that's good stuff.

Hope you're ready for visitors!

I'm impressed. Hell, I can't even pronounce half of that shit. :D

Drooling on the keyboard now, thanks! Looks tasty! And conrgrats on coming second, that's cool. Might be 1st next time!

I just woke up, but that looks like a damn fine breakfast. On top of cheese grits, too? That'd be some pretty wild flatulence, and totally worth it.

Thanks guys! And, my chili won 2nd place at the cook-off!

How many where there?

I mean, second out of three ain't really awe inspiring. 2nd out of three hundred, now thats some crowing chili there.....

:D

Thanks guys! There were only about a dozen entries. the winner was a kid who made a tortilla soup....I mean, it was a damn fine tortilla soup, but still....I think the Haley Joel Osment eyes had something to do with it....
