Becker Companion sheath specs, pix?

Folks - I bought a CU/7 from 1SKS, and aside from the slippery handle, I really like it. Now I'm attracted to the Becker Companion. But I've never seen one, and I'd like to know what the sheath is like. The ads say Kydex, but are short on details and I can't find any images.

Anybody got any specs or better yet, pictures? Any opinions on the knife would be appreciated, too.
