Becker Companion vs Ontario TAK

I've seen recent comparisons using Becker knives with Swamp Rat. What about the Becker Companion with the 5.25 in blade vs the Ontario Randall RAT with the 4.25 in blade? 1095 vs 0170-6C, steel. Same blade thickness 3/16. They seem very close.

The search option is down right now so I'm soliciting opinions.

Similar blade shapes but very different knives. The Companion is a tank of a knife - very thick behind the edge and it really is quite a big knife.
The Ontario is much more nicely ground and the blasted micarta scales feel very comfortable and secure.
