Becker CU-7 sharpening questions?

I have a new BK7 coming today and was looking for some tips from other Becker owners as to the optimum angle for sharpening. I think the factory edge is about 30 degrees, but, also read a Cliff Stamp review where he took it down to around 22 degrees with no ill effects. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, any links or ideas for tricking out the sheath with kits and cord would be great.
 
I just got one recently too, great knife for the money. It came plenty sharp so I wouldn't worry to much about that until it gets used some to get it to the point of needing to be sharpened. When I did need to touch up the edge I just went to my Sharpmaker and set it up and sharpened on the 40 degree side and it worked out just fine.
