I finally got my cu7 and as many have said here, the sheath is not real high quality. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a better sheath? Preferably nylon/cordura similiar to the factory only heavier. Thanks

You're very welcome sir. Do me favor? Let us know how that works out for you. I have a Becker CU7 too with the stock sheath. I've upgraded to the Micarta grips, which are very nice, and a quality sheath makes sense too.

where did you get the grips? I read here that they are available from Camillus, but I wasn't sure what their status was. If and when I get the sheath, I will definately post (hopefully with pics).

I ordered the grips from Camillus. They screw right on to the C/U7 using the same screws. They cost $22 plus shipping.

Ranger Knives will also make the grips for you. However, the young man who owns the company is an active duty Army Ranger and is about to or has already deployed back to the sandbox. If he makes the grips, he'll want your knife to assure precise fit.
