Becker Extreme Test?

I have been looking at the Becker Extreme from BK&T ever since it came out. And I already ordered a custom knife, but if it doensn`t work out I was gonna get Becker Extreme(maybe).The thing is I want a knife that can take a little abuse, but Becker is made out of S30V and not differentially heat treated and its a production knife. Has anyone tested this knife? Also do you know about any knives no more than $300 that look kind of like that, but can take abuse? (except ranger knives and HI) I have an 18" Ang Khola already but its too heavy to carry for camping or something like that. Thanks.:confused: :jerkit:
