We seem to share pictures of our meals that get made with the help of Becker knives.
I am not sure that we have one spot for the food.
Here it is.

Sure did. A couple hundred yards from where I am currently sitting. Same with the asparagus.

I know I'm not the only person who likes to eat. Post 'em up, folks.

I've posted these before, but they're the only ones I have.

In the end a very satisfying thai curry

I really like the idea for this thread. I really hope people keep adding to it.
Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip and my 16
I actually took all of these pictures to make a thread like this but never got around to doing it.

Yes this is why I am fat ;)

Yes this is why I am happy and jovial ;)

No need to thank me, just saw that you needed someone to fix that for you.

P.S. Was about to stay strong and not have a late night snack until I saw your post which made that impossible. Should have known better going into this thread though...

mmmm, food :)

i got me some fiddle heads. good stuff.

Hey guys. Just wanted to share a sandwich I made tonight that I thought ya'll might appreciate. I'm sorry, it's confirmed my GF left the camera at my aunts house on Easter so for now still stuck with phone. I guess I'd call it...a roast beef BBQ cheese steak? I don't know but it tasted good to me :).

I cut the roast beef and cheese with my BK14 but neglected to get it in any shots, got too into what I was doing.

Start by rendering out some bacon:

Other players include beer, sliced roast beef (leftover from Easter, my aunt slow roasted it layered with onions and garlic), pepperjack cheese, and Honey Chipotle BBQ Sauce:

Flash sear roast beef in bacon grease with some of my personal dry rub:

Deglaze with a good splash of cold beer (I recommend a pale ale or something similiar with some hops to break up the sweetness of the bbq sauce) and then add bbq sauce after about 30-ish seconds and let braise for a minute or two on simmer:

Crumble bacon from before and toss back into sautee pan, then top with sliced pepperjack cheese and top with a lid for about 30 more seconds so the steam can melt cheese:

Slide mixture onto bread of your choice, top, and slice. Give me a sandwich on wheat toast any day, but a crusty french roll would work nice too:

Mmmmmm ... Ribeyes

Seasoned all day with sea salt, pepper, onion, touch of garlic

Grilled with onions and peppers

Served with baked potato (real butter and sour cream) plus fresh corn on the cob (with sea salt and real butter)

Simple meal, but one of my favorites :D
