I was just paging through my textbook (Cuisine & Culture, by Linda Civitello) during class today, and who's name do I stubble across? Ethan Becker himself! There was a passage discussing "The Joy of Cooking" and depression era cooking and it references Ethan Becker and how he furthered the topic, the book, and such. Just found this interesting. Distracted me to thinking about knives for the rest of class at the least!
