yup! paired up with the new micarta slabs (orange) or my stipple grips, and a custom kydex sheath, I think it will be a great urban blade. Short enough to keep the LEO`s happy, pointy enough for ventilating boxes and cutting stuff.
 
Well, it'll certainly be lighter than the standard BK-2.

All the comfort of the iconic Becker grips with the... with the... well, it'll certainly be lighter than the standard BK-2.
 
wicked. tho I'd probably want more support to the tip. OTOH, that steel is so thick...
That thing will beg for a custom kydex sheath.

Can you use the cut of blade that you have leftover to make a little knife ?.
 
If you took a BK2 and made it into that on purpose THAT is a pretty serious utility knife but a tad too expensive for my blood ;)

might be interesting if made a little less pointy and do something with the leading edge... like... round it over?

we'll see....still waiting for a trucking contract.......no sheckles to spend on BK2s yet......I got something in the works that i aint sharing yet... ;)
