Hey Guys!
I finally got my Becker kitchen knives!!! Whoo!!
I whipped out my recipe box and decided I had to make my Great grandmother's Chinese Chop Suey..I hadn't had it in nearly 12 years, so it was absolutely the right meal to test these bad-boys out

So here's the Recipe..
GREAT GRAM'S CHINESE CHOP SUEY
1 Lb. Pork chops cubed

3 Lg Diced onions

3 Cups of Chopped Celery

Full Recipe
I already told you, you will need these (reposted just incase it was hard to follow
**1 Lb. Pork chops cubed
**3 Lg. Onions- Diced
**3 Cups Celery- Chopped
1 Lg. Can of Bean sprouts (Drained & Rinsed very-well) OR you can use fresh bean sprouts, I prefer fresh, and I didn't measure...I just put in a bunch.
3 Cups of boiling water
1 TBSP Molasses
2.5 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 bag of crunchy La Choy Chow mein noodles
Salt & pepper to taste
Brown meat for 10-15 mins. I used olive oil, you can use what ever "lube" you want
add: Salt, Pepper, soy sauce, molasses, water and let simmer for 30 mins..
Then add: Onions & Celery, cook until tender about 1 hour, on low-med low...
then add bean sprouts and simmer another 15-20 mins....
Serve yourself your desired amount in a bowl and add as many chow mein noodles as you like, and enjoy =)
Finished product

I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE these knives!!!! I cut through a stack of pork chops 8 high and it was just like slicing soft butter!! They are so sharp and feel great in my hand. I can't wait to use them on everything...I am tossing my old junk knives asap!
Thank you Ethan for creating some seriously-awesome kitchen tools!!!!
