Becker Knife in the Kitchen

Here is a dish I ate a lot when I was growing up. See if you can spot the Becker.

oh well, youtube is firewalled at work...btw, I replaced all the knives in my kitchen block with: BK 5/9/11, ESEE 4 & 6, a Ka-Bar USMC, a SYKCO 511 and 2 made by me. The BK5 is an excellent mayo spreader :D
 
I spotted a fisked 5 at the minute forty five ish mark! This does sound super yummy!

Sriracha is mandatory for spicy lovers!

Just I find it weird to use a knife with a thick spine for food. Thin is in.
 
the 5 really doesn't have a thick spine actually. You'd be surprised how good of a kitchen knife that beast really is!
 
sriracha should patina knives well too :>
