If there are any of you that live in and around Oklahoma that would like to spend a weekend camping and practicing bush crafting skills, once my hand heals up I would like to try and get together. Most of my friends are a bit "sissy-fied" when it comes to working and learning bush skills. Just a thought.

Whereabouts in OK? My brothers might be interested in getting together with some people once they get back from Afghanistan next year. If I was still livin down there I would definitely be down for a get together. Hmmm, maybe next summer when I come to visit...

I'm about the same distance. I'd be interested too, because my group of friends, while they enjoy hunting, don't really have much interest in bushcraft.
