Here are also some pictures of my modded BK11 that I fitted some teak wood scales that I made....it really makes the knife better, pljus I extended the handle a bit to fill my hand more.

I had to take a bit off the sheath in order to let the knife fit with the scales, but it did not hurt on the retention

thank you very much, ill take the time to tell you how much I enjoy working on your knifes, they are great knifes, like adam from equip to endure said...they really make you want to customize them. thanx a lot.

Ethan needs to lay off the paint thinner :)

nice handles hoss!

I agree with Ethan. I love the finis you have on the teak:p

Is that just an oiled finish or is it some sort of stain? Either way I think it would look great stripped with a nice shine.

Very cool! How exactly did you mount those? Epoxy?
I just got a Becker Necker BK11 the other day.....waiting for some paracord to arrive in the mail to do the handle for now but I may end up making some osage orange handles this Winter. This is a sweet little knife!

yes I used epoxy to attach them, and I used some mineral oil on the finish, just that no stain

Those are fantastic! If I had any woodworking skill, I'd have done something similar with my Necker.

here is finally after some days that I could not work on the knife, my bk11 stripped out of the coating and polished. I know it can rust however the high polish does protect the knife and it does improve the performance
