Becker BK6, Patrol Machete, Bought one, reviewing it hear and now and saying thanks to Camillus/Becker for a great product.

Kept looking at this knife in the store over the past month or so and really liked, Had some work in the yard that needed to be done this past week that well, just gave me a excuse to buy the thing. After about 2 hours of swinging I was having so much fun using it I never payed any attention to that fact it was work :).

This truly was the easist to swing, use, work of any machete type tool I have ever used, I am very impressed with what it is capable of doing when you hit something with it's 'sweet' spot and it's easy to find and recall that sweet spot.

The handle is very comfortable to use for extended periods even under hard work. It's not at all slippery.

So far it's held a wonderfull working edge and truly I used the heck out of it this week.

The black finish really surprised me in how well it has worn, matter of fact it looks great, the only visable wear on the finish is just smooth spots where it took the most hits but the black is still there and shows no sign of leaving.

I can't say I have any regrets in buying this knife, matter of fact I love it and highly recommend it.
