Becker Patrol Pac ?

Mr. Becker,
I can't find your Patrol Pac on the Eagle web page. Are they going to have it in the future? If not I hope you can have another company produce it. I'd hate to see your classic design lost forever.

By the way, I love my BK-2 and my Joy of Cooking book.

Looks like their website went through a recent update, but its there. Not sure where they got it hidden, but at least they still got it. I don't think they will ever get rid of that thing, its been the best pack for guys/gals on the move since Ethan made it. Moose

ETA, I just saw that they added about 100' of MOLLE straps, so now it is found in MOLLE PACK area on their site. Made a great design greater

Yes that's the Becker Patrol but I'm referring to the original design with integrated pouches.
I know the molly's nice to customize but I still like the original with pockets.

Like the Becker knives of old (as Bladite has shown us) the Patrol Pack has evlolved as well. You can still find some used, but to be honest, most folks with them, are keepin' em. Moose
 
speaking of evolution... Mountain Smith to Kifaru. neat stuff.

as an official member of "bag whores anonymous", i've been lusting for a Becker pack (or two), but keep getting distracted by MaxPedition versipacks and other gear slingers for day to day.

if i was really serious, i'd build a bug out bag of doom, $2000 inventory, and bury it in the woods for "oh shit, have to dive out the window now" emergencies ;> but well, our world isn't like that right now. i'll settle for my bugout closet and a 20 minute head start.

Yeah, I'm a big fan of Mountain Smith, I got a Boundary from a decade ago, and its still takin' it like a champ.

I gots a bug out closet. And a bug out gun case. And a bug out backup bag in each closet. And .......... oh piss on it. I'm paranoid. Its ok, I know it, so it works in my favor. Moose
