Did the price of Becker knives go up? I was considering a Bk 10 Crewman and I thought they were running around $65-$70 in 2014. Now it's listed for $84 on my favorite retail site. The price isn't a problem (not like it's $50-$100 more), and I am not trying to start anything. I just feel like I am going nuts because I thought this knife was a little cheaper. :confused:

Once I get an answer I'll close this thread.
 
You can find them cheaper than $84 but haven't seen them as low as $70. Your favorite place is $10 higher than my favorite place. I don't know if it's against the rules to post sites or not or I would tell you where to go.
 
I don't know if they have gone up overall or not. I do know that the retailer I have bought many of mine from has price fluctuations that I don't remotely understand, and that if I am patient I can often find closer to the lower prices. But that's a lot of IF.

I don't know where you usually go, but Tomars Kabars and coyleoutdoors (both authorized BF supporting dealers) beat $84. There are also several others that are MORE than $84.
 
Shop around.

IMHO Beckers are a damn good deal even at MSRP.
 
The BK10 has been in the $80's at least since last Sept. The only time I saw it lower was during the recent 'Black Friday' sales.
 
If you live in Canada they did. Each knife got adjusted for import and dollar difference. No big deal there as I get mine from Dex @ coyleoutdoors as mentioned above :thumbup:
