Becker Sheaths

Question? Where do you guys get leather sheaths for your Becker knives, BK-2,BK-7,BK-9, ETC. Thanks.
 
I was going to get some leather sheaths made for my BK7 and BK9 until I ran across a post in the Training Forum with some simple Mods and a mini Survival Kit with the factory Nylon sheath.

I think I will still go with the BK9 Malice Clipped to the side of a pack but the BK7 with modified sheath looks better these day.

BK10 I may do the same with but the BK2, BK1 are gonna need something as I really don't like the Kydex sheaths.

I have been thinking of doing this but could not find the post you mention. Could you point me in the right direction?

It wasn't really so much as a post about Sheath Kits but a post about something else.

I will take a few pictures of what I have come up with so far.

I have a BK1 and really don't like the kydex sheath either. I am looking for a reasonably priced alternative. I am partial to cordura/nylon. Heck, I don't even mind if the kydex is an insert inside the cordura.

I also have a BK1 and BK2 that are going to need new sheaths.....I don't care for the Kydex either.

"acwire_2125", have you ever used a Spec Ops sheath? Or one of the Ka-Bar Eagle Sheaths? If not....

Of course, kydex is prefered if you plan on getting wet, IMO.
 
Ok, cause I'm using my BK1 for camping and outdoor purpose, so I think I'll stick with the original Kydex shealth!
