Becker sub-forum swap thread?

I was looking at all the comments and threads that's been posted lately, of people looking for scales, sheaths, packs, accessories, and even services, and a question popped into my head? Why don't we have a Beckerhead only swap thread? Where we can offer what we have, or ask for what we need, in relation to Becker knives? Is there a forum rule against it, or maybe too much trouble for the mods to govern? I'm just curious as to whether or not it its possible, and what you guys think?
 
While I am not a "Beckerhead", I would love to see something like this! Kind of a keep it in the family type of thing from one Becker owner to another.
 
I'm from KY, and the phrase "keep it in the family" takes on a whole differant meaning lol, but yeah, thats what I'm talking about.
I hate stereotypes! :D

I think it would be an interesting idea, but a lot of 'Heads already do it on a 1 to 1 ratio, so normally it's via phone or PMs.
 
I wanted to do something like this a while ago. As I recall it's against the form rules and it would be to much trouble for our mods.

Ok, not a problem. I was just wondering, because I have a ton of things id like to get thats Becker related, and just thought it would be cool to do it amongst the "family".
 
It's a cool idea for sure, but I think Oxide and MWTIC hit the nail on the head.
It seems like about half of my sales, purchases, and trades have been done with fellow Beckerheads.
Plus, Beckerheads will sometimes drop a subtle "hint" on the Snark Thread if something goes on the exchange.

Subtle isn't the word I would use to describe hints, but yes. :D

I do believe that we are allowed to post up a link to the ad once in the snark thread.
