Its made by Kabar, chuckles. Not a knock off or misuse of the name. From what I hear, the other ones are a good seller, this should up the ante. Uncle E gets his cut, I'm sure.

a) it's nominally a pistol bayonet, though possibly more at home on a spare spot for some mall ninja's rifle as a handle gadget to have.

b) going to imagine that if someone uses it to pry seriously, it's going to damage the mounting clamp. it's just plastic...

c) it's made by KaBar, licensed, and approved. geez ;)

d) i have the original model. keep it in my range bag. helps you shoot better. gets laughs.

i been drinking too :) sassing the mods is frowned upon in general. sassing the tipsy mod is asking for it ;)
 
Aren't bayonets supposed to be pointy? The bayonets I own are all pointy.

I guess the purpose confuses me. Well, I'm sure someone somewhere has a use for a prybar on the front of their pistol.

The thing is, he , (bladite) is a mod. He's being nice now, but he does have that hammer. Take one of my posts and qoute it and say the same thing, then you'll be golden, like a shower.:)

I think bayonets are supposed to be pointy, with the idea of stabbing being their intended purposes. Pistol bayonets are a novelty, a fun thing that makes people laff, and get a good chuckle at the range. I don't think the practical application of a pistol bayonet was its intended purpose.

If I'm out of ammo, and my usual 3 blade carry system is not working at the moment, I'm gonna pistol whip the crap outta someone, long before the idea of a pistol bayonet comes to my mind. :D
