Beckers and bbq

I'm not much of a chef, but I do enjoy bbq. post up your pics of some of your favorite meals on the bbq with your beckers.

tonight I kept it quick and simple and I made one of my favorites, marinated flank steak and basmati rice.

marinated the steak since last night in a mix of veg oil, soy sauce, honey and bay leaf. I used my bk15 to both prepare and eat.

No Becker knife here, but a dish most here, if not all, have not experienced...beef hearts bbq'd on a skewer with Papas a la Huancaina. This is one of my fave dishes every time I go to Peru, which is about twice a year...my wife is Peruvian.
