We all love Beckers. Many of us love bacon. How about a thread of pictures showing how we combine those two loves?
I'll start with a Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf I made today.
Assembling the ingredients. Eskabar helped with the bell peppers and garlic:
That's a big mamma jamma (over 3 1/2 pounds; 2 pounds ground beef, 1 pound ground pork, + 1 package bacon!) :
Finished plate. In the last 15 minutes of baking I cranked the heat up and glazed it with 1/2 ketchup 1/2 Sweet Baby Ray's. Server with garlic mashed potatoes. Picture quality kind of sucks in this pic, because I was so anxious to eat it I couldn't bother to pause long enough to take a good picture:
Who else has some Becker & Bacon pics? I have more in my PB I'll toss in if other people have some to share too.
