Becoming an On-line dealer

Hi guys,

I am considering becoming an on-line dealer. Is there anyone out there willing to give me some serious advice...I know I don't have to ask for the non-serious advice!

Maybe if you could let me know how you got started, how you went about determining the amount of initial stock necessary to start. Or what hidden costs you ran across during start up. Anyway, any advice you might have would be great.
