No beef for me today. But, I am three hours from enjoying a buffalo burger with grilled onions...:thumbup:

Watch out!

There's a Fogos here in DC.

Don't make me do it ...

It may be shovelling against the tide, but both ethyl alchohol and the antioxidants found in certain wines, stout beers, and other spirits can help neutralize the harmful effects of arachidonic acid (one of the nasties in sinfully delicious fatty meats). It would seem that having good drink with your churrasco-style meats and a half-hearted attempt to have salad afterwards wouldn't be too harmful.

I'm going to die regardless, might as well enjoy the steak! :D

I know what I'm having for dinner!

Hmmm. [Where's a 'stroking the chin' smiley??]

Mr. Brogan has a very good point.

i get them where ever i can, it's rare to find a place that serves those. on opening day of pheasant season, the town of middleton id. has an all you can eat and drink feast put on by the cooks of the high school. i can't remember the cost... 50 bucks or so, but beer and oysters that are battered and deep fried. what a feast and the ONLY way i take my testosterone.
btw, if you have it in your stores, try "dixie fry" it's the best batter you can possibly use for gizzards, nuts and bass filet's. trust me, my side profile is my word.

Sounds like a blast Skunk. Tie me out a couple of pheasants and I'll cook you a mess of rooster fries, same as mountain oysters but well you get the idea. UmmUmm good. I am going to look for the batter you mentioned. The way marketers work though its probably called Rocky Mountain Fry in these parts.

Nice! I'm done with this diet now!!! It's time for the John Wayne diet!! Steak, beer, whiskey.
