Been a "Bear" to find if it's a "Buck"

Sure has been interesting rummaging around the web and trying to find more specific info, whether or not Buck N Bear is a part of, related to, or sub-category of Buck Knives. On Knife Depot, I found a fixed blade knife I really liked, a Buck N Bear Damascus Hunter: https://www.knife-depot.com/knife-592587.html A major reason I've been looking at this one is that I especially like the handle material of olive wood. I then started checking out Damascus steel, and also searched to find out if this was a USA-made blade. I looked at the "About Us" link https://bucknbearknives.com/about-us on the Buck N Bear web site, but no where can I find where their knives are made. They have an address listed by street & suite in New Holland, PA, but no info on their production location and/or facility.

All that above "hooey" (as Jimmy Stewart used to say) to ask some questions:
~Is Buck N Bear connected to Buck Knives?
~Does anyone know if the BNB knives are made in the USA?
~Would like to find out if there is a satisfied owner on BF, who owns a BNB Damascus knife --- if they like it, and consider the Damascus steel to be quality blade material?

Thanks...I look forward to your expertise and any experience with this company.
Have a great day!

I feel quite confident they are not associated with Buck Knives.

I feel just as confident their knives are not made in the USA simply because they don't advertise this as fact.In this day,if your product is made in the USA,then the manufacturer makes it a point to advertise this information. If they are made in the USA, then they need to hire a public relations firm to restructure their advertising since I believe this to be an important selling point.

I'm unable to answer your last question.

Not difficult to figure out with GOOGLE, it's a different company...

Your logic is perfect and point well-taken, sport....How often I've seen companies advertise "Made in the USA" as a strong selling point. I completely missed that when I read the BNB "about us" info. I was focused on them saying it rather than simply seeing it was missing. Appreciate your comment.

Thanks for also noting you cannot answer my last question. Hopefully others might chime in on these knives, if they own one.

Some of their prices are too low for US-made knives, but some prices are high enough. New Holland, PA is a small farming town with some light industry, but there is no heavy industry at their address. When I used to go there (5 years ago) there was no knife factory or even store. Per Google street view their address is a house.

My gut says India. I have handled a few similar knives that were from India. Quality seemed descent, especially for the price. But... not a Buck and not American made.
