This forum used to be my everyday drug, then I fell out of the loop for a while. Been carrying my 2009 Forum Knife and my trusty #85 in ebony lately and the spark has been rekindled..... I feel like my future is again full of slipjoints!

What have I missed in the past few months? What's the new, latest and greatest knives? I wanna know! Also, a little off topic, with whom should I speak to for a pocket slip for my 2009? The stag is too fat for my KSF Leather slip!

Mike Latham at CKO is about to release some new pocket slips with clips attached, the large fits '1 1/2" wide'. Wonder if those would work for you. Or if you're looking for something more embellished, paul long is at the top of the game.

A literal TON! I'll give you some names to get you going. Northwoods Broadway Jack, more TC Barlows and Beer Scout Knives, most of these you've missed but you can still get some of the Beer and or Soda Scouts because GEC is making a lot of them!

GEC switched to making tactical flippers, Buck changed over to all carbon steel and Rough Rider moved production to Antarctica. Nothing other than that.

This years' Case/Bose collaboration knife looks pretty sweet and the traditional forum knife will have stainless steel blades this year.

Look at the first thread in the stickies. We're picking between GEC and Canal Street at the moment. Beer scouts are a 15 with a sheepsfoot and a caplifter/bail. :D
