Been almost six months but...

Have not completed a knife from start to finish in almost 6 months. Been working on fetting the house ready to move and even moved my forging equip. Also been working on Hamon development. Thanks to Don Hanson for all the help. My daughter finally got me off my butt to make a knife for her boyfriends B-day.

Heres the stats

Multi bar low contrast folded steel (damascus) from competition saw blade and HC steel banding. Clay hardened for hamon. (Still working on getting the polish right).
7.5 inch blade 12 inches OAL.
Wrought iron and nickel guard and wrought iron spacer.
Stabilized black dyed maple handle.

I think I like this knife, but the lighting in the photos makes it just about impossible to tell. The is way too much shading.
