10" slicer in 440C, stabilized curly maple handle, hormigo negro case. Yanagi-ba-ish style profile with full flat sabre grind. As much as I would like to sell this one, I'll be okay with keeping it as well.

That's what they call it, you made me second guess that I had the name right I also learned, upon googling, that hormigo negro and hormigo rojo are not different species, they just label them differently based on how dark the heartwood is.
