Been doctoring today. Nothing accomplished.

You want to talk about nothing accomplished!
I had an hour and a half to spare before a place closed yesterday, and instead of going there first, I stopped by and shot the bull with someone and wound up getting to the business office ten minutes after it closed.
( I did end up going home with these three crooked knives though... )

Which reminds me to go fondle the little 12AK and Sirupati. And it is good to sit down and relax instead of popping in and out on the run like I usually have to do visiting you.

Hi Bill,

I had my coronary bypass grafts installed on March 27. The chest is still sore but I'm coming along pretty well. The surgeons were nice enough to rob a vein from only one leg for all 4 grafts. The problem, of course, is the incision which goes from my ankle to well above the knee. I know how you feel. Rest and mend. Take care.

But Uncle Bill, if we solved the worlds problems, that would just make the whole world mad at us because they didn't think of it first! Trust me on this. I'm an ex-social worker. I understand people. Why else would I carry so many weapons?

Uncle Bill's the one who thought nothing accomplished. He's now back in St. Mary's. See the "Conspiracy" thread.

Thanks for a belated PM chuckle, Rusty. (Why I carry weapons!)

Fred, sorry to hear you had to go thru the line, too. You went thru about a week later than me, I guess. I had only a double so wound is between ankle and knee, inside. I'm told more complications arise from the legs than the chest. Maybe they should use pig veins.
