So I once posted in another forum a question about what stores I could find a knife or product in, and had the finger waived at me by the man for doing so, but I'm specifically looking for Becker dealers in my area, so hopefully it goes over better in this house party than in the other lame-duck cafe. I also perused (sp?) the BK&T forum FAQ before posting, so I think I covered my 6 as good as possible. I'm the kinda person that not just wants, but needs to handle something before paying for it. I think I can't count on half of one hand the number of times I have ordered something online. I want to buy a Becker, soon, and the sooner the better. So, are there any outdoor/sporting goods stores or related type shops that Beckers can be found in? If not I suppose I could wait for the next knife show, but I have yet to be able to make it to one (that's like telling a room full of porn stars that you're a virgin haha). I live in Oceanside, CA (I think that's vague enough to be safe) if that helps at all. Off to bed hoping to find some good news here tomorrow.

Now OP, go to kabars website and click where to buy and use their dealer locator, if that doesnt generate a dealer in your area try going to a knife a gun show. good luck

They'd prob have the same results id guess, but its worth a try all it costs ya is a few minutes of your time and a phone call
 
Used the dealer locator and it worked, although the results were not what I was hoping for. Nevertheless it did work. Thank you for your input. Murphnuge, I'll get back to you after work.
 
There isnt shit for Ka-bar dealer in my area. But thats why God made the internet ;). I order today from amazon and it arrives tomorrow and is cheaper with no tax. If you dont like it, you can move it for very close to what you paid for it. Its not a great fix but its been my only option.

Yeah but like the op said, he wants to be able to feel the knife before buying in ;)
 
I'd make an exception for a Becker or Ka-bar, personally, and do on a regular basis. Beckers are surprisingly hard for me to find around here. I don't think I saw any Beckers at all at the gun show here in Colorado...
