so, we've decided to spice it up, speed it up, and hit the NOS on this place.
How you gonna do that? What could you do to make this place more fun? More exciting? Well, give a way more knives, of course. But the fun part, is how we do it. So, I've come up with the idea for a new contest series called,
WIN IT, BEFORE YOU CAN BUY IT!!!!
Do what? Win it before you can buy it? Yup, win it before you can buy it. Your most admired BKT forum moderators (Bladite, THE GUYON, and Moose) have risked life and buttery buscuit edges, to sneak into the Kabar Manufacturing facility, located in Oleans, NY (we even had to pay for our own damn airfare) and "allocate" some new stuff, that isn't even out yet, to bring to you a helluva time.
Hows it gonna work? Simple, starting Monday, April the 4th, there will be an onslaught of blitzkrieg style contests, giving you, BFC members, a chance to win some knives that haven't even hit the market yet!!
Each BKT moderator will be hosting a series, yes, series of contests from the mild to wild, mundane to arcane, for prizes.
What prizes you talkin' 'bout? Oh, now there is the real fun part. We're not gonna tell you what you will be playing for, until the actual contest is posted. You wanna know what the knives are? Well, you're gonna have to wait until Monday. <BWAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA>
How many contests? More than 1 and less than 12. No contest will run longer than 5 days, which means come April the 9th, this is over and done with. Some contests will run for a week, some for a day, some for just an hour. What an hour? Yup, 1 hour. So, be on your toes, be ready to get down and win some Kabar knives, for free, before anyone else can even get their hands on them.
How and what are the contests about? Whatever Bladite, Guyon, and I want them to be. Its our call, and our decision on who wins.
Gonna be a helluva war, make sure you got costumes, facepaint, knives, skills, and a good sense of humor, this could get wild!!!
