(most sure I misspelled that word but I do know it is not spelled 'fishing') Beware Paypal knife sellers, and I am sure you already are. I don't even click on their web link within the email. If Paypal (the real Paypal) has a problem with you they will indicate it when you log on or try to conduct a transaction.
Another thing, and this goes without saying, is I never give bank account info to prospects. One fellow not too long ago had me so convinced that I came within an eye lash of buying some very expensive handle material out of pocket. He was going to Western Union right away. Then there was the business trip and he was going to WU right away upon returning. Then there was another interruption and so on. All the time he was going to WU immediately. Finally it became much more conveinient for him to do a bank transfer. NO and Never and Never Ever. I have yet to hear back - 2 or 3 months and counting (well, no longer counting). These guys are good at what they do because they know they have to be.
Once upon a time I ordered some computer monitors from a fellow here in the States. I got the first few and they were fine. I paid for them. The rest later came in and they were trash. I canceled the check for the last shipment and told him why and offered to ship back for replacement. He said just keep them. The next thing I knew he drafted against my bank account. It is only because the bank vise President was my hunting buddy that I got the heads up before funds were withdrawn. I called him again and pretty much read him the 1964 Riot Act. He did it again. Finally I closed the account. Anyone having your account number can draft against you and it is up to you to prove otherwise.
