All in all a pretty capable knife. Still have not sharpened it.

I drove it down in that log like a nail. When I saw it in that "s" shape I thought I finished it. Came out nice and straight. Good knife for what it costs.

You are loco! Good to see that it's standing up to your abuse though, no counsellor needed for this blade.

You should see the other things it does. I don't typically do that with knives but just wanted to show the knife could hold its own. Thanks all.

Man, still on my list! Gonna grab one some day. Snagged a mini but I know its not the same. Great pics!

It earned it's place in my go to knife line up. So you know, I still have not sharpened this knife at all. About the only thing one hears about the design is how it's not good at anything. Mm, you should see it feather stick and such.

Blasphemous lies! The design has not changed in 70 years..... The grind and coating has been updated over the course of time. Keep up the good work at proving them all wrong.

Oh Yeah, and there was the stabbing and prying, but I chickened out on that one.

Prying?? "A man's got to know his limitations" - Dirty Harry. Knives have 'em too. I wouldn't be throwing a knife unless it's a "throwing knife". I've yet to see one designated as a "prying knife". Just sayin'.

Badly put on my part. Digging into wood is more like it.

COOL!!! Now, use it for something useful - other than firewood. Get to carving that dugout canoe!!

Ugh, I would break before it did. I'll try and get some more reasonable but tough stuff in when the rain stops.

I've heard the Ka-Bar/Becker BK3 described as a "pry bar with a sharp edge, but that's probably the closest thing.

Still can't decide if I'm going to pull the trigger on one of these...you guys keep posting stuff like this and I won't have a choice but to snag one!

You could do worse. I do believe this one was snagged of Amazon for not allot of dollars. And the stuff I was doing with it is asking allot of any knife let alone this one. Dental surgery and the weather have me locked up inside for now, but some reasonable knife work is coming I promise. One gripe I have though is the sheath. That sucks. It will do but I would look into a replacement if you will be carrying the knife allot.
