Looks like Cherry....Nice pics. How did it feel during that chop job? Tiring, not bad, wish it was an FFBM?

Sweet pics, did you sharpen the FFBM at all??

btw, Uncle, that's not a FFBM. It is a CG FBM (Combat Grade FBM), has the corrugations. The FF FBM (Fat Flat FBM ) has a high sabre grind, heavier stock. There is also the FBM LE , (Limited Edition), satin finished with a flat grind. Hope that helps! :p
 
And to think, there was a day when we had to use chainsaws for this!

Thank goodness the FBM came along.
