I’ve been watching the exchange for a used 112. This has became the knife after some suggestions from you guys that I’m making my next buy. I like the size of it and the design of course. So here or somewhere else a used one will be found. I’ve seen some great pictures here and soon will add to them.

they are out there, just keep an eye out and try different spelling variations when searching. I scored a very nice 2 dot ranger recently that I happened to mangle the bolster with the chuck on my dremel. :)

Oh wow hope you got it cheap that would make me mad, but also lesson learned. And thanks for the search info I’ll be trying that out.

Is there any particular reason you want to find a used over new? Is there a specific variant?

I guess just trying to save a few dollars tbh. With a family of five every dollar counts. So anytime I can save I try to. No specific variant at this time any suggestions towards one?

Some of the used will cost more than a new one.
At least that is the way it works for the older 110's in decent condition.

The best configuration is a drop point blade with finger groves..Add S30V or some recent S35VN steel and it would be hard to ever upgrade. If your budget could go to 70.00 Sk's LilJack in D2 is a screaming deal..But many used nice condition 112's on the bay can be had for under $30.00 ..If your wait for a deal.

Try your local gun show. I saw two last week, one a moderately used 2-dot marked $50 but I'd bet it'd easily be gotten for$40. He's knocked down prices for me before. The other was a 100th aniversary in a special tin for $50.

Key, for 40$ at a Gun Show or pawn shop you can stumble onto a 112 in very good shape with it's sheath. DM

It's funny that I've never bought a new current production plain 112. .and don't know where or exactly how much one costs..

Hopefully this weekend I can get out to some pawn shops and do some shopping not in a rush so I can wait for a deal to appear.

HAPPY EASTER!!! Guys

Happy Easter to you.
The 112 new runs more than a 110. That will give you a starting mark. DM

I usually do well on Buck Knives at pawnshops and antique malls (some like new and some used). Many priced sky-high, but there are deals out there if you are patient and know what you are looking at. OH
