ok, about time for a bear chat, i'm getting one hell of a buzz! fricking hogs are probably at the trough porking....

speaking of porkers, has anybody herd form onewhoporksparrots, i'm starting to get a lil worried about our bro :(

his gal friend told me last knight over a bottle of jaun parryah that she was starting to worry too (until i showed up) poor gal..

yeah,,,I had never heard of it until now,,,I went and looked at a few sites and found some info on it,,it described it as fry sausage,,,brat=fry wurst=sausage,,hhuumm sounds good. would love to try it with my Bud Light , I dont know of any place here in Alabama that would have it,,,I'll have to start asking around and see if i can find some here.
 
You won't find any real Bratwurst in Alabama. You have to go to Nurnberg Germany for that. Nurnburger Brats Rule!!!!

However the Johnsonville bratwurst in american grocery stores is OK and if you cook according to the directions they aint too bad.

Dang Sobriety!!! Too bad I have 24 hr duty here at work. This sucks! :mad:

try makin your own bratwurst. you can use venison, too.
or go to deutchland.
the littlle hot dog type carts over there have the most amazing array of fatty treats on black bread with coarse ground mustard...i gotta go grill

it aint fun when work interfers with your drinking time,, thats the reason i love being my own boss,and owning my own business, this way I get to drink all i want and when i take a notion to work,,,I will work a little.

I would love to try that sausage sometime,, I'll hunt around for some here and look for some recipes to make some from venison.

wonder if possum can be used to make it with :D , thats one rodent that we seem to have plenty of down here.

Pell City is about 30 miles East of Birmingham,,,actually , right now I am at my shop here in Lincoln, which is just off interstate 20 about 7 miles East of Pell City.

where are you from in L.A ? Mobile? Gulf Shores? ,,,,Those folks down that way got it bad from huricane Ivan last week,,,I really feel for those folks down there whenever i see the damage that it done,,we got off lucky up here in Central Alabama
