Who says you can't successfully smoke on a gasser? I used the MustardMan Method of smoking some hickory in a foil patch that doubled as a drip tray which in turn soaked the wood with Pork Juice. Mmmm MMM!
I bought this beer can chicken rack and went to town. There's a can of Yuengling in there as you can see. I prepped the garlic and veggies and Chicken with the Kitchen Champ Vex! That knife rocks!
I topped the chicken off with a potato stuffed in the neck and draped it in Hog. It slow cook smoked for 2 hours at about 350 degrees. This grill seriously has the spirit of that DAMN!!!!! FORCE ONE I NEVER SHOULD HAVE F%&IN... Oh sorry....
This Weber amazes me. Hit me up if you want the exact recipe. You really dont need the rack.
