How about it.? A little beer chat?

Ive got dinner simmering in the stove and the wife and I have cold alchoholic beverages, and everyone is anticipating the "Tanker A's", here on the forum. Sounds like Beer Chat time to me.

Nick has made a mess in our kitchen cooking this meal.. But dang it smells good.. I just blasted his ears out though vaccumming.. But hey I de-veigned 1 1/2lb of shrimp with a Ratshaker..Woo hoo Power to the Women :)

Yes....Its supposed to be a Dutch lager....But I used anale yeast instead.I should have let it ferment out a little longer.....but....I wanted to get at it sooner.Little sweet,but the hops have balanced it.....nice buzz with it though!:D
 
mmmmmmmmmmmmmm Beer!!

I've always wanted to try making my own. Doubt the wife would allow the beer producing equipment in the house though.

There isnt a whole lot involved...one good book to get first is The Complete Joy of Homebrewing...if you a google search of homebrew beer you'll find a lot of sites that offer simple kits and 5 gal fermenting kits at reasonable prices.
