Beeswax cheap

Thanks for the link, on the Ballistol link, the place to buy that is in the town I live in and never knew it was there...thanks again

Beeswax is great. The candles I keep for emergencies are all beeswax, they burn longer and don't drip on your hands.

Burning longer than wax is the reason I use it also. There is one thing people should be aware of though. Especially when you are in an area where Bears reside. Bears have an excellent sense of smell and the Bees wax will alert them to a source of honey that they really like.

So keep this in mind when you prepair, store, carry and use bees wax. If anyone knows of a good way to change the smell of bees wax, I would be interested to hear about it.

Beeswax is a mixture of cerotic and palmitic acids. There may be small amounts of honey or pollen in it also. I doubt you could change the smell though perhaps you could add something to dis guise it.

I've found that adding a little beeswax to the traps I use on coon works well as a cover scent.
