Being that my freehand skills are pretty shaky at this time I decided to purchase the DMT aligner in the near future for my kitchen knives.
I've been learning from reading the posts and stickys here but was wondering if anyone can recommend a few good step by step videos for reprofiling and sharpening a knife.
I want to restart with the correct basics and not repeat any bad techniques that I already have.
