I was digging through some spare R/C truck parts, got a crazy idea and kinda ran with it... they actually flip really well and the roller chain keeps it tracking straight

Lol, I don't know about all that...but here's a crappy video showing they actually flip

The small gears are 1/8 scale differential spiders and the big ones are 1/5 scale differential spiders, the chain was laying around from something else (don't remember what).
