Nice seeing a couple of Bishops in the batch, I am still hopeful of snagging a wooden handled one for my project one day. I think it will look bad ass in a candle lit pantry full of root vegetables and stuff :)
 
Out of curiosity, how many knives do you finish in an average week?

What a privilege to glimpse the magic as it happens!
 
Wow, that's a whole lot of hand sanding. My thumbs are sore just thinking about it!
