Behind The Scenes @ Fiddleback Forge

Just a friendly reminder these knives are for “Preview” not “Pre-sale”.

It’s been a busy week around at the shop.
We had Mistwalker down for a couple days taking photos to update our website among other things.
Uncle P & Bear71 stopped in for a bit and grabbed lunch w/ us today. It’s been fun.

Ivy had rather be chewing on your fingers than looking at knives.

Is that Curly Birch on this Bush Hermit?

I would love to know where the balance point is on this knife when it is done. That's a Marl71 size handle for sure.

Ivy looks sweet in her mascot apprentice position.

Allen's group of knives look awesome too.

Thanks for the preview.

Very cool to see the change in Osage color over time.

Ivy is just hilarious. Cute as all get out. Life is so tough for her.

Love the BIG MITT and am dying to see that in the intended owner's/user's hands Mr BIGG MITT's himself.

That batch of Allen's knives has me drooling! Wow.

Looking forward to seeing the finished product on some of these! I agree with Warrior, super cool to see the Osage aging.

So, is the Cherry Bomb Loveless one of Allan's guild knives? Just curious. [emoji3]

I spy some starry night. Was unsure about it at first, but it has grown on me lately. I'll just pretend that is EO 2 over from it

Nice pics, Ivy has the supervisor role down pat

Osage sure ages nicely. Thanks for the comp pics Phillip.
jules busted that BCK out today & I thought it was a great chance to show how awesome osage is....IMHO

That is Baltic Birch (Or Masur Birch) commonly and incorrectly referred to as curly birch. The 'eyes' are actually insect damage.

Edited to add that the handle on that Bushcrafter will mostly be waste. Shadetree made that sheet very thick.
