Behind the scenes here @ Fiddleback Forge is your gateway into the daily happenings here at the shop. Throughout the week I will document the going ons here as the work week progresses towards Fiddleback Friday.
As usual not all the knives featured will be in the Friday thread. There are several routes any of the given knives could take. Many will end up at your favorite dealers website, some will be offered up on the Fiddleback Friday weekly sales thread, some will be held in the Reserve trays, and unfortunately some may be lost in the process.
So here we go!
Cubby giving the thumbs up for another week underway.
Here is Oscar greeting me & wondering why the camera is in my hand & not in the photo booth on the tripod.
Coming soon to a truck/car near you.
Scandi heaven
Here is a dealer caddy fresh off the strop & ready to pack up.
Dealer caddy #2
Random pics
Chris rough shaping the handles so the tops/fronts can be sanded for glue up.
At this point here.. Chris has about 4.5hrs of dirty, nasty & neck aching labor with about 1.5hrs left to go before glue up is finished.
The knives quench in the ammo can & head to the cooling racks after a cool off period in the aluminum plates
