From here on out they will be rough shaped to just outside the lines. The the “tops” get sanded to 400grit and then they will be glued-up. They will be ready for Andy to shape them as needed.

Great preview Phillip. Love the pics of the operations. Lots of stainless coming! Looks like an awesome Scorpion on the way!

Thanks & you are correct on the Scorpion
Sweet post Phillip. Some awesome knives coming up! Do I spy a Navy Burlap Bushfinger?
I saw one w/ natural bolsters and a matching original Bushnub.
In the 1st tray of glued-up knives the Bushnub is pointing to the top of the screen. The Bushfinger is in the 2nd tray towards the left side of the screen.

HAHA, believe me it doesn't happen that fast...(Right Allen?...)

On a more serious note, the photos look fantastic Phil, very nicely done my friend...

Thanks as always for the great photos Phillip. It's kind of cool to see a Woodsman blank in CPM 154. That will get people's attention.

Phil

Great shots, your getting really good with that camera. Thanks again for these 'behind the scenes' threads. I look forward to them every week.

thank you.
walking around the shop and getting pics is a whole different ballgame then snapping pics in a light box.
it helps that i only put up about a 1/3 of the pics i take. I guess you would call it learning by "volume".

I see a few I'd like to have. Someone hide the Blade Show trays so these get put into Friday/dealer slots

Great pics, always cool to get more details on the process

Here is the glue-up of the knives that Chris was working on yesterday

Thanks for the preview Phillip. Those stainless ones might crash the Bladeforums servers when they come up for sale.
