I've been using a preparation called Cat Crap the last few years to keep my glasses from fogging when I step out into the tropical air of Houston. It just doesn't work as well as I would like. Next January, I'll be running around in the woods in NE Minnesota and would like to be able to keep my goggles from fogging over.
What works well for you folks?

I don't know if this would help you at all, but there are solutions that divers use to help prevent their masks from fogging up. Guess you'd have to be near a dive shop to buy some though. Mike

I'm not sure if Clarity Defogit is really better than Cat Crap because I didn't start using it until I ran out of Cat Crap. It might be better....

Mike, there are dive shops scattered around Houston. I'll check a couple out this weekend. Also look for the Clarity stuff. Thanks for the suggestions!

Try applying a few drops of non abrasive dish washing soap on the inside of your goggles. Rub it in with a soft cloth until its clear. I used to do this at work when I had to goggles when handling biologically active compounds. I also did this to my prescription glasses that were under the goggles.
