Considering buying a bellotto machete does anyone have any experience with this brand? Is it more comparable to a Ontario, tramontina cold steel. I don't see what the steel is besides carbon. Are they heavy stiff or light flexible?

No experience with Belotto myself, but opinions I've heard have generally been good. If I had to hazard a guess, I'd probably think that they'd be most comparable to Tramontina.

No no no no no no no no no, you do not want to, i just got a 26 inch cocoa and it is the worst looking and feeling knife i own
The handle is about one centimetre too large for the tang, so you got sharp edges all around, good luck trying to fix that
The blade looks like it was ground in a minute on a grinder, with two extremely uneven and possibly burnt edges, one too high, one way too low
Rust everywhere UNDER the laquer
Cheap looking handle rivets
