Here's one:

I'm really curious as to whether anyone has found those rubber belt cleaner bars to be of any value.

Seems to me all it does is make the belt slick; doesn't seem to cut any better. Maybe I'm just trying to restore wasted belts?

Dave,I spray my courser grit belts=40 & 120,with WD40 w/the grinder running, for metal grinding it seems to help slow down loading up.Dont do this for wood.

I've use WD-40 lightly on new belts and it does help. As far as the belt cleaner sticks, try the sole of an old tennis shoe. Think you will find that equally effective. T
